This is my new favorite medical education app EVER! Excellent case presentation - as if you are a PCP in an office/clinic/ER and you are given a SOAP sheet style chart almost. You get the patient's subjective presentation, get your objective vitals/labs, etc., make your plan then treat you patient...it's awesome!
