You have just started your shift in the emergency department after a much-needed vacation. You are re-energized and ready to face the day's challenges. The triage nurse calls you to assess a patient who was brought in by the ambulance.
"Doctor, we have a 30-year-old male named Tim who was brought in after having a witnessed seizure at work. He's currently awake and alert, but still a bit confused."
You nod and walk over to Tim's bedside.
