A 60-year-old man presents with pain in his left breast for 3 weeks. No other symptoms are present. His medical history is unremarkable. His surgical history is only significant for a right-sided inguinal herniotomy at 55 years of age, which was without complications. He is not on any medications or supplements. His family history is unremarkable. He only drinks socially and does not smoke.
