Monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions start immediately upon purchasing them. They will then be automatically renewed (for monthly subscriptions, every 30 days thereafter; for quarterly subscriptions, every 90 days thereafter; and for annual subscriptions, every 365 days thereafter). Before the start of each renewal period, you will receive an email notification. If you do not cancel your subscription before the due date, your payment method will be charged accordingly. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time with a simple click of a button.

Clinical Odyssey offers all of our titles under a single brand, whereas our stand-alone apps only provide a limited selection from our entire collection. Clinical Odyssey also includes QBank Prepper (a new qbank made to prepare you for USMLE Step 2 CK-style exams), and new reference articles from our discontinued stand-alone Explain Medicine app. Additionally, Clinical Odyssey provides a physician-moderated discussion board available to help address any inquiries regarding our learning resources; and information regarding each learning module (author and peer review details, ICD-10 codes, etc.). And unlike our stand-alone apps, Clinical Odyssey is advertisement-free.
The level of our learning modules ranges from senior medical student level to early residency. However, the bulk of our learning modules are targeted at (and used by) medical students.
You can choose to subscribe to a monthly subscription, a quarterly subscription, or an annual subscription. It is only after you subscribe to a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription that we will start collecting your payments.
No, there are no additional fees of any type. There are also no advertisements (banners, sponsored content, etc.).

We use Stripe.com as our payment processing platform. Through Stripe.com, we accept multiple payment options, including credit and debit cards. Our payment processor will display the payment options available to you in your region when completing subscription purchase.
Medical Joyworks does not charge a payment processing fee. However, your bank may charge fees, including card transaction fees; and if you are making a payment from outside the U.S., international payment surcharges and currency conversion fees may also apply. Please contact your bank in this respect.
Currently, we only accept U.S. dollars. If you are making a payment from outside the U.S., your bank will have to convert your payment into U.S. dollars; and you may have to pay an international payment surcharge. Please contact your bank in this respect.
No. Pricing for Clinical Odyssey is already optimized for students. However, sometimes we do offer special discounts for new subscribers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the manage your subscription screen in the Profile section of your Clinical Odyssey account. However, please note that you will not be refunded for any time remaining on your cancelled subscription.
